HR part of an Organization is challengeable and dynamically changing part of the Organization, and always remaining a question mark to the HR personnel on the next step action. In order to arrange Work force aiming Future challenges is an important part of the Organization that helps to minimize the unnecessary pressure on dynamic changes of the external environment. Employee Relations, Engagement, Technical factors, Diversity and inclusions are very much important factors. Among them, Employee relations and Engagement takes a special place contributing its benefits to the entire work force, facilitating maintain a well experienced and motivated work force at the end.
